I would give 6 stars if I could - service was great. We purchased a house with a gas fireplace that didn't work well. We had little historical information on the fireplace and its old parts. However, serviceman James was professional and polite but focused on getting it to work safely and properly. He continued to resolve each issue as it came up while accommodating our schedule since we were snowbirds. We are very pleased with the entire company and would recommend anyone with gas-fireplace problems to use First Source.
